Executive Assistant to Senior Managers

A leading private equity firm seeks a highly skilled Executive Assistant to provide top-notch support to its senior management team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a related support position, with excellent Microsoft Office skills and a polished, professional demeanor.

The role is hybrid, with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, and offers a competitive salary, bonus, benefits, and 401K plan.

About the Job:

Responsibilities include:

  • Documenting unit activity
  • Coordinating meetings and events with multiple managers and external parties
  • Managing conferences, including attendance and organizing agendas
  • Processing and tracking invoices across multiple projects
  • Working with the IT team to ensure technology and hardware are functioning properly
  • Assisting with presentation preparation and generating reports
  • Gathering data relevant to projects and creating administrative practices to ensure efficiency and consistency
  • Ordering and replenishing office and kitchen supplies
  • Ensuring guests are logged into the entry system and assisting with security badge procurement
  • Setting up new accounts on vendor websites and researching hotels near the office
  • Procuring food and refreshments for meetings

About You:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and has outstanding communication skills.

Salary, bonus, benefits, and 401K plan are offered, along with paid vacation time.

Hours are 9-5, Monday through Friday.
