Key Responsibilities:
- Grasp account intricacies and effectively mobilize resources to fulfill client needs.
- Serve as the liaison between the agency and clients to set objectives and budgets, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, cost-efficient solutions.
- Maintain fiscal oversight of client budgets and expense documentation.

- Collaborate with senior account leaders to formulate strategic marketing objectives grounded in market access strategy planning and analyze essential marketplace data.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of Payer, Trade, and Patient Support programs, sharing insights with internal teams and client brand representatives.
- Proactively monitor and identify potential challenges that could affect client outcomes.

- Work closely with the cross-functional agency team, taking a leadership role to motivate and guide the team in generating innovative concepts.

- Successfully mentor junior account team members, inspiring a passion for excellence.

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical agency
- 5+ years of market access experience, including strategy planning
- Proven experience in facilitating and conducting advisory boards
- 3+ years of experience in HUB design and deliverables
- Required experience in oncology and product launches
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships across various accounts.

Essential Skills:
- Exceptional communication abilities: oral, written, and interpersonal
- Familiarity with Veeva (or similar client MLR) and Ziflow (or other digital routing) platforms
