Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement specialized resilience services for Chubb's commercial Property & Casualty market, ensuring alignment with the overall resilience strategy and the company's business goals.
  • Establish and refine processes and best practices to effectively deliver and scale services within the commercial Property & Casualty resilience sector.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide customized solutions and develop a robust pipeline of opportunities.
  • Lead client discussions and oversee resilience initiatives, acting as a trusted advisor on climate risk and resilience strategies for the commercial Property & Casualty market.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps and potential opportunities.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in sustainability and/or infrastructure advisory consulting within a professional services environment.
  • Preferred: Experience in the insurance sector with a focus on sustainability.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant discipline (e.g., sustainability, environmental science, economics, finance, engineering).
  • Proven ability to operate independently in a complex, dynamic, and fast-paced setting.
  • Strong business insight, strategic thinking, and analytical decision-making skills.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and client relationship management.
  • Experience in engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders, with a capacity to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proven capability to lead and manage intricate projects.
  • Exceptional writing, presentation, communication, and meeting facilitation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of climate-related risks and opportunities within the financial and insurance sectors.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as necessary.
  • The ideal candidate will be a dedicated advocate for climate risk and resilience, with a proven track record of driving innovation and achieving results.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $146,500 to $240,000, with specific offers depending on the applicant's skills and other relevant factors.
