Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and increasing awareness of our Intelligent Maintenance platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the property management industry.
  • Conduct high-level discovery calls to identify and articulate pain points, ultimately leading to a demonstration of our software.
  • Help drive company revenue by booking qualified meetings and demos.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
