About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Black Hills Federal Credit Union. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies, and build relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential business partners, understanding their needs and developing solutions to meet their goals.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and execute strategic partnerships that drive business growth and revenue.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Communication: Develop and deliver presentations, proposals, and other materials to communicate business opportunities and solutions to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
