About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Inside Sales Representative to join our team at GPAC. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our customers, contractors, and sales team by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support existing customers, contractors, and sales team by providing product information, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Partner with customers to assist with product selection, installation, and placement of orders, as well as requests for prices and quotes.
  • Prepare bids and material estimates from customer/contractor-supplied blueprints.
  • Create invoices, work orders, and sales tickets.
  • Prepare and input orders accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Some college in Business or Construction Management preferred or 2+ years equivalent in experience.
  • Experience in a building materials or construction-related industry.
  • Knowledge of various product lines and procedures, capable and comfortable quoting prices and presenting sales products in a positive and confident manner.
  • Ability to read blueprints and provide estimates on material needs.
  • Excellent oral communication skills and positive interpersonal skills; a team player.
  • Ability to maintain and enhance positive customer relations.
  • Organized, attentive to details, good math skills, knowledge of building materials such as lumber.
  • Good computer experience using MS Office products and ability to quickly pick up proprietary software.
