Gupta Media is seeking a Senior Account Manager to elevate our Media Department at a senior level. Founded two decades ago, Gupta Media operates on the principle that advertising can significantly enhance our clients' business outcomes. Initially focused on the entertainment sector, particularly live events and recorded music, we have expanded our reach to collaborate with major brands and sports organizations. Our clientele spans globally, with a growing local presence in both B2B and B2C sectors, engaging in campaign, content, and branding initiatives.

While we are an advertising agency, our deliverables merge strategic consulting, media planning and buying, creativity, and advanced analytics. We take pride in our innovative, competitive, and disruptive approach within the digital landscape, having developed tools and strategies to enhance digital marketing effectiveness.

As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our media management team, bringing a fresh perspective and proven expertise that will enable you to swiftly adapt to our strategic approach. Key responsibilities include:


Client Relationship Management

You will oversee global accounts for high-priority clients, which entails regular communication and occasional travel to foster and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Team Leadership

In your role, you will lead a team comprising Analysts, Coordinators, and Associate Account Managers, ensuring their performance meets the campaign objectives. Additionally, you will be involved in their recruitment, training, and ongoing professional development as we strive to cultivate a top-tier team.

Strategic Insight Development

As a leader within our Media team, you will cultivate and maintain expertise in the digital platforms we utilize, providing insights and analyses on the campaigns under your supervision. By staying abreast of the latest trends in digital marketing, emerging platforms, and advancements in programmatic advertising, you will actively contribute to shaping our internal strategies and assist clients in testing new platforms.

Essential Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Economics, or a related field;
  • Over 10 years of experience in an agency environment;
  • Proficiency in Facebook Ads and Google Ads is required, with additional experience in Snap Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager preferred;
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex clients with annual media budgets exceeding $2 million;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Experience in leading a team of direct reports;
  • A high degree of enthusiasm and professionalism;
  • A curious mindset, which is vital for every role within our organization.
