Team Overview

The Advertising Operations team plays a crucial role in executing our monetization strategies. This collaborative group ensures the flawless implementation of advertising campaigns, working closely with various stakeholders including Client Services, Inventory, and Product teams to fulfill the needs of advertisers efficiently.

Position Summary

We are looking for an Ad Operations Associate to become a vital part of our advertising team. In this role, you will work alongside multiple departments to guarantee the successful execution of advertising campaigns on the Roku platform. The ideal candidate will be results-driven and possess the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while achieving key objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize third-party tools to ensure ad creatives meet compliance standards
  • Manage the scheduling of both direct-sold and programmatic advertising campaigns within ad servers
  • Validate and monitor audience data to ensure effective ad targeting
  • Produce reports for the optimization of strategic campaigns
  • Participate in initiatives aimed at driving revenue growth

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital advertising operations
  • Strong analytical and project management capabilities
  • Experience with display and video advertising formats
  • Familiarity with advertising technology tools
  • Experience managing Direct IO and Programmatic campaigns
