The Role

The Digital Content Manager will be an integral part of Pixability's growing marketing team, serving as a critical driver of content and running point on multiple key initiatives. Reporting directly to the CMO, the person will create an external content marketing strategy that includes website & blog content, thought leadership content, lead generation content, video, social and other content. The role will also be a part of a growing marketing team that supports product messaging, training, and support across the company.

Who You Are

The Digital Content Manager is an experienced content marketing professional with experience in the advertising, media or a related industry. Alternatively this person could be a media agency rock star with experience understanding complex advertising offerings and translating them into easy to understand internal and external content. It's important that this person be knowledgeable and/or passionate about YouTube and Connected TV advertising.

What You'll Do

  • Work hand-in-hand with Pixability's amazing product team to become one of the company's experts on our offerings and how they're unique in our industry..
  • Use this expertise to create compelling content that raises Pixability's profile across the globe, and expresses our unique point of view.
  • Serve a critical role in building the web and social presence of the company by creating content for the site, authoring blogs, and creating social post content.
  • Stay up to date on major ad industry trends related to YouTube and Connected TV advertising and use this knowledge to help the product team make important decisions about future offerings
  • Manage and execute other important tasks for the marketing team related to sales support, social media, and external communications

What You Bring to the Party

  • 3+ years of professional experience in a product marketing role, preferably in ad tech, or in a role at a media agency that directly works with YouTube and Connected TV ad campaigns
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to distill very complex information into concise internal and external content
  • Great writing skills, both in long form and short form, with an ability to work with designers and editors to create great video content for YouTube, social and the web site.
  • Website SEO and content management experience is a plus, with the ability to drive traffic and interest in the brand with impactful written and video content.
  • Driven to constantly learn and pass on those learnings to the company and to the market in concise and impactful ways
  • Have a real "head" for marketing and how each project done within our marketing group contributes to our big picture goals
