About the Role

CVS Health is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Digital Engagement Strategy to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive digital strategy that drives business growth and enhances the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development: Lead the development of a robust digital strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer data to inform digital strategy and optimize customer experiences.
  • Measurement and Analysis: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track website performance to measure the effectiveness of digital strategies.
  • Optimization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize website experiences, improve user engagement, and enhance conversion rates.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and expertise, and provide guidance on digital strategy and best practices.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in digital strategy and leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital strategies that drive business growth.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Master's degree preferred.
