Role Responsibilities:What is Expected from a Senior Account Manager?
The Senior Account Manager is responsible for the tactical implementation of integrated and digital marketing strategies, possessing a keen understanding of the agency-client dynamic. This position requires the ability to integrate strategic planning within the broader scope of account management.
Working collaboratively with Project Management Office (PMO), Creative teams, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Senior Account Manager utilizes data and insights to formulate robust project plans. Serving as the primary liaison for clients and agency partners, this role leads the development of campaigns and project strategies while providing day-to-day support on larger strategic initiatives alongside the Account Supervisor and/or Account Director.
The Senior Account Manager is accountable for recognizing and fulfilling client requirements while aligning with internal protocols to guarantee the successful initiation, management, and execution of all projects they oversee. This includes leading client presentations, facilitating internal project discussions, and engaging actively with a dynamic and extensive account team.
Qualifications:What We Seek:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field, or equivalent education and professional experience.
- 4 to 6 years of relevant industry experience, including client-side brand teams, consultancy, advertising agencies, and/or pharmaceutical sectors.
- Demonstrated expertise in marketing and advertising, particularly in digital and print execution; a solid understanding of marketing and digital strategies, media, and technology.
- Strong client relationship management skills with a proven track record of customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage projects to successful and collaborative conclusions.
- Sound analytical capabilities with the ability to extract insights from data.
- Familiarity with web development technologies.
