Incentives:

Position Overview:

Compensation Package:
  • Average first-year earnings range from $43,900 - $46,000 through a combination of base salary and bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of individuals, delivering comprehensive services and holistic behavioral interventions to enhance adaptive functioning.
  • Provide direct behavioral educational services utilizing a variety of evidence-based psycho-educational techniques.
  • Be available on-call 24/7 to address crises as they arise.
  • Engage with individuals in one-on-one or group settings using applied behavior modification techniques.
  • Document and manage educational and behavioral data, participating in evaluations and goal-setting for individuals.
  • Participate in team meetings and required staff training.
  • Provide weekly documentation as needed.
  • Connect families to wrap-around services, including health services, recreational activities, childcare, financial resources, employment support, transportation, and therapeutic services.
  • Utilize the Clinical Supervisor or BCBA as a primary resource to enhance the effectiveness of behavioral interventions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Services field.
  • Registered Behavior Technician or BCAT certification (in good standing).
  • Basic understanding of BACB guidelines.
  • Familiarity with Government and Commercial payer guidelines.
  • First Aid/CPR certification.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Professional demeanor and knowledge of acceptable social and interpersonal behavior.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1 year of experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders or other developmental and intellectual disabilities.
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related Human Services field.
