**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our team at PeopleShare Inc. As an Air Cargo Sales Professional, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the air cargo industry, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • **Key Responsibilities:** Manage existing lead generation and conduct cold calls to generate new leads, onboarding new customers, lead and contribute to sales strategies and quotas, attend industry events and visit customers for in-person meetings and demos, track and manage all accounts and activity through proprietary CRM.
  • **Requirements:
  • Experience in the Air Cargo industry is a MUST
  • Minimum 3 years sales experience
  • Experience with account management from open to close
  • Ability to analyze data and trends while staying current with company offerings and industry trends
  • Must be comfortable with technology to demo product
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%
  • LA or Chicago based
  • Bilingual
  • Book of business
