We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Sales and Customer Support Director.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in DTC sales, customer support, and team leadership, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a DTC environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead and manage the sales and customer support teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Build and manage a sales program to train and align team members.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are met and maintained.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of customer support processes and systems.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on sales and customer support metrics.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Stay current with technology and industry trends and best practices to ensure Culligan International remains competitive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in DTC sales and customer support, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth in a DTC environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM and customer support software.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and metrics.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Passion for customer service and a customer-centric approach.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer competitive compensation, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k), parental leave, unlimited PTO, and additional voluntary benefits.

Estimated Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year, based on location and experience.
