Your Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Restaurant Server to enhance our team. As a server, you will be the face of our dining experience, responsible for ensuring exceptional service for our guests. Your responsibilities will include maintaining cleanliness at tables, presenting menus, and serving food and beverages efficiently. You should possess a quick and engaging demeanor.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare the dining area for service
  • Welcome guests as they arrive or move throughout the restaurant
  • Assist guests in navigating the menu with descriptive recommendations
  • Accurately take orders, confirming any special requests
  • Master the menu details to enhance guest interactions
  • Collaborate effectively with fellow servers and kitchen staff
  • Address guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction
  • Present bills accurately and in a timely manner

What We Are Looking For:

  • An individual with a warm and inviting personality
  • A person who can effectively communicate and sell menu items
  • 2-4 years of experience in food service
  • Knowledge of beverages including wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
  • A candidate who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Strong communication skills
