Your Opportunity:

We are seeking an individual who is enthusiastic about the culinary field to become a part of our kitchen team. The ideal candidate should be innovative, driven, and eager to enhance their culinary skills.

Successful applicants will have prior experience in a professional kitchen setting, with a strong commitment to learning and developing their abilities while collaborating with our culinary leadership to design menus that reflect seasonal ingredients and the restaurant's concept.

The Cook will support the Chef in the preparation and production of food items for various dining services, including cafeteria, banquet, and fine dining. This role will also involve guiding the kitchen staff to maintain optimal production levels.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Enhance your knowledge and skills in diverse cooking techniques (grilling, sautéing, frying)
  • Gain hands-on experience with kitchen tools and equipment
  • Reproduce and follow established recipes
  • Ensure consistency in food preparation
  • Learn to minimize food waste through effective utilization
  • Collaborate with a world-class culinary team
  • Set up workstations with necessary ingredients and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat)
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
  • Ensure proper storage of food and supplies
  • Oversee the quality of ingredients used

What We Are Looking For:

  • Active Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Desire to exceed expectations
  • Energetic and positive attitude
