Your Responsibilities:

  • Prepare banquet spaces by arranging tables, setting silverware, and creating beautiful centerpieces.
  • Deliver exceptional service by transporting food and beverages to guests, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the event.
  • Assist in the breakdown of events, including cleaning and organizing spaces post-function.
  • Support with the setup of refreshment stations, ensuring all items are well-stocked and presented.
  • Engage with guests, providing information about menu items and accommodating special requests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in all service areas, addressing any concerns promptly.

What We Seek:

  • A candidate with 2-4 years of experience in food service, particularly in banquet settings.
  • Experience in high-end venues with a focus on synchronized service.
  • Knowledge of various beverages, including wine and cocktails.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
