About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team at Propeller. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify new business opportunities to develop a sales pipeline
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to understand lead behavior and identify customer needs
  • Articulate Propeller's value proposition and develop a sales strategy to close deals
  • Collaborate with the SITECH dealers in a particular region to align on targeting and schedule meetings
Requirements
  • Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven experience in a phone-based role, with a track record of hitting KPIs and SLAs
  • Goal-driven and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering results

Compensation

The base salary for this role ranges from $50,000.00 to $65,000.00, depending on experience. In addition, there is an annual variable pay of $20,000.00 based on goal attainment.
