  • Offer insights on additional services and products that enhance client satisfaction.
  • Professionally greet clients by name, guide them through the office, and provide tours as needed.
  • Support daily operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining inventory, and performing other tasks as directed by management.
  • Oversee online reviews and address customer service concerns in collaboration with the management team. Responsible for managing retail sales for walk-in clients.
