We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Flooring Installation Coordinator at Service Pros Installation Group, Inc. This role is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by partnering with Lowe's Installed Sales staff and our contractors to deliver exceptional flooring installation experiences.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review work orders for accuracy and resolve any labor and/or product issues
  • Schedule customers and contractors for installations and other appointments
  • Review project details with contractors prior to installation
  • Receive and resolve customer complaints, issues, and perform customer follow-up calls
  • Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crew load outs

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and/or training
  • Customer service experience is a plus
  • Basic tech skills to use multiple computer screens, knowledge of database, spreadsheet, email, and word processing software/Microsoft Office
  • Ability to remain organized and efficient to support contractors and customers

**Physical Environment:**

The ideal candidate will be able to lift 75 lbs. and work in non-climate-controlled environments.
