Human Resources Coordinator

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Administrative Associate. This position offers a flexible commitment of 30-40 hours per week at a competitive rate of $15.00 per hour, following a standard workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering extensive support to our Human Resources division.
Key Responsibilities for HR Administrative Associate: Reception Duties:
- Manage incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the correct personnel.
- Welcome visitors to the office and provide necessary assistance.
- Oversee the issuance and management of employee identification badges.
- Conduct data entry and maintain digital employee records.
- Engage in document scanning, copying, research, classification, indexing, filing, storage, auditing, and other record management tasks.
- Support pre-employment procedures.
- Prepare necessary documentation and assist with onboarding administrative tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
- Assist with event coordination, HR initiatives, and overall staff support.

- Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
- Ability to swiftly learn software pertinent to departmental functions.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Capability to draft and prepare correspondence and documentation.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage a significant volume of work with minimal oversight.
- Ability to uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive records.
- Ability to interact effectively and courteously with colleagues, supervisors, and the public.
