HR Administrative Associate
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of HR Administrative Associate. This position offers a flexible commitment of 30-40 hours per week at a competitive rate of $15.00 per hour, following a standard workweek from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be instrumental in delivering extensive support to our Human Resources division.

Key Responsibilities for HR Administrative Associate: Reception Duties:
  • Manage incoming phone calls and route inquiries to the correct personnel.
  • Welcome visitors to the office and provide necessary assistance.
  • Oversee the issuance and management of employee identification badges.
Data Management and Record Keeping:
  • Conduct data entry and maintain digital employee records.
  • Engage in document scanning, copying, research, classification, indexing, filing, storage, auditing, and other record management tasks.
Recruitment Assistance:
  • Support pre-employment procedures.
  • Prepare necessary documentation and assist with onboarding administrative tasks.
Administrative Assistance:
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
  • Assist with event coordination, HR initiatives, and overall staff support.
Required Qualifications:

  • Intermediate skills in word processing, spreadsheets, and data entry.
  • Ability to swiftly learn software pertinent to departmental functions.
Communication Proficiency:
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Capability to draft and prepare correspondence and documentation.
Organizational Skills:
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
Workload Management:
  • Ability to manage a significant volume of work with minimal oversight.
Confidentiality:
  • Ability to uphold confidentiality and exercise discretion regarding sensitive records.
Interpersonal Skills:
  • Ability to interact effectively and courteously with colleagues, supervisors, and the public.
