Role Summary
The Wealth Advisor acts as the main liaison for our Wealth clients, ensuring the cultivation of existing relationships while also fostering new connections. This role is pivotal in understanding the comprehensive financial and familial landscape of clients to create tailored, goals-oriented investment strategies and financial plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, adhering to Client Service Standards to enhance satisfaction and promote retention and growth.
  • Generate sales opportunities through collaboration across functions, leveraging networks and personal connections.
  • Develop insights into clients by collecting personal and financial data, understanding their goals, objectives, and risk tolerance.
  • Implement tailored asset allocation strategies aligned with client objectives and risk profiles.
  • Coordinate unique portfolio needs or client situations with the Investment Committee.
  • Conduct annual investment reviews, providing clients with updates on portfolio strategies.
  • Utilize financial planning to enhance client retention and acquisition.
  • Act as a client advocate and strategy consultant on the Investment Committee.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory investment review requirements for assigned accounts.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
  • A minimum of five years of successful experience in investment or portfolio management, particularly with clients having medium complexity financial needs.
  • Proven relationship management experience with clients.
  • In-depth knowledge of investment solutions, risk management, and asset allocation.
  • Familiarity with financial planning software.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in business development is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating investment management and financial planning options.
  • Background in banking or financial services is preferred.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • CFA/CFP certification is a plus.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • Understanding of industry practices and regulations.

Physical Requirements
  • Occasionally lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
  • Frequently lift and carry up to 10 lbs.
  • Regularly sit, stand, and drive.
