Customer Engagement Coordinator

Position Overview

The Customer Engagement Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal teams, managing day-to-day sales operations related to order processing, modifications, confirmations, and reporting. This role requires effective communication with clients and collaboration with various departments to ensure customer needs are met while aligning with company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide comprehensive support for all assigned client accounts.
  2. Foster and enhance relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  3. Oversee all facets of customer service, including order status updates, technical inquiries, and documentation management.
  4. Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments, addressing issues related to order expedites, samples, and sales documentation.
  5. Manage change orders, cancellations, and maintain accurate sales order records while communicating updates to clients.
  6. Complete training in all aspects of the customer service role, collaborating with team members to gain insights into client interactions and internal processes.
  7. Learn to interpret and support client forecasts effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities are essential for coordinating information with clients and internal teams.
  • Mathematical Skills: Proficiency in applying mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, and ratios to real-world scenarios.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to identify problems, gather data, and draw valid conclusions while exercising sound judgment.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with SAP and its functionalities is crucial for success in this role.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Education

A Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma is required.
