Position Overview:

Empower your career with Qualus as a Senior Client Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with spearheading business growth and enhancing market presence for Qualus's Commercial and Industrial Engineering Services. Your focus will be on both securing new clientele and nurturing existing partnerships within a designated region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the sales outreach for company offerings to Purchasing, Maintenance, and Engineering sectors within a specified area. Strategically oversee territory management and campaigns to meet sales objectives and strengthen client relationships.
  • Engage proactively with both current and potential clients, dedicating at least fifteen (15) hours weekly to direct client engagement.
  • Generate a specified number of qualified proposals weekly.
  • Set and accomplish sales goals, driving revenue growth and acquiring new clientele within the assigned region.
  • Adhere to best practices in the sales process and utilize the CRM system effectively.
  • Prepare and present monthly sales forecasts.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM data related to leads, targets, accounts, contacts, and opportunities for all clients and prospects.
  • Ensure accurate scheduling and appointment tracking in the CRM, reflecting time spent with clients and quoting activities, while using task assignments for effective follow-up.
  • Gather necessary customer/project information to provide accurate and timely quotes.
  • Assist internal teams in developing presentations and quotations.
  • Coordinate joint sales meetings with manufacturers.
  • Actively seek customer feedback to enhance understanding of client needs and communicate insights internally.
  • Develop key account relationships, investigate customer requirements, and create high-value solutions to foster long-term partnerships and referral opportunities, ensuring a high rate of sales closures.
  • Generate timely reports detailing sales activities, quotation progress, travel reports, and expense documentation.
  • Occasionally travel outside the office, requiring overnight stays of four to six nights monthly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Technical Business Management is preferred.
  • 5-10 years of direct experience in power engineering or electrical testing/construction services, along with sales experience. A solid understanding of the electrical and power sector is essential.
  • Ability to follow written or verbal instructions and address issues involving multiple concrete variables.
  • Proficient in reading company manuals, reports, and workplace guidelines; able to communicate with confidence and clarity, using proper English in written proposals.
  • Proficient in using CRM, SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Word.
