Oncology Territory Manager

As an Oncology Territory Manager, you will play a critical role in representing our company and products to healthcare providers, driving sales growth, and expanding our presence in the oncology market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales objectives, focusing on key accounts and product promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, thought leaders, and other stakeholders to educate and influence product adoption.
- Analyze customer needs and interests, maintaining a current customer database and planning calls to meet sales goals.
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations, providing accurate information to healthcare providers about our products.
- Participate in training and development programs, staying up-to-date on products, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Serve as a disease state expert, providing high-level product expertise and customer service to all accounts.
- Maintain accurate records, utilizing sales force automation systems and other equipment to enhance sales impact and territory management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
- 4+ years of overall related experience, with 1+ year in sales/marketing in the pharmaceutical or medical industry.
- Specialty, rare disease, and/or oncology experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 60%.
- Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company requirements.
