Oncology Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Oncology Sales team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving market sales strategy and business expansion for Oncology healthcare providers and offices. Your primary focus will be on promoting our liquid biopsy products and identifying new opportunities to build relationships with healthcare practices, cancer centers, IDNs, and academic medical centers within your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive growth and expansion in the Oncology market
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, academic medical centers, and other influential stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and collaborations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful attainment of company goals and objectives
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their applications in the Oncology market

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of direct account management experience in a molecular diagnostic setting
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding business in the Oncology market
  • Strong understanding of the Oncology market, including trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel frequently (greater than 50%) within the assigned territory

Education:

  • B.S. in life science, biology, business, or marketing preferred
