The Community Engagement Sales Specialist will be instrumental in attracting new patients, creating leads through local events and partnerships, and guiding these leads towards enrollment. The perfect candidate will demonstrate outstanding communication abilities and a history of success in field sales or community marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with seniors through community outreach and partnerships to identify potential patients.
  • Articulate our value-driven care model effectively, highlighting the unique benefits tailored to improve health outcomes for individuals.
  • Manage and prioritize a diverse pipeline of leads, ensuring prompt follow-up and advancement through the sales process to foster patient growth.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to synchronize sales strategies and provide seamless experiences for both current and prospective patients.
  • Remain updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and new opportunities within the senior healthcare sector to refine sales approaches and discover growth prospects.
  • Deliver regular reports to management on sales activities, lead management, and market insights to aid strategic planning and decision-making.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or a minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in field sales or community marketing, preferably with a focus on senior care models or Medicare Advantage.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the dynamics within the senior healthcare market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including seniors and caregivers.
  • Strong consultative selling capabilities, with a proven ability to assess client needs, propose customized solutions, and effectively close sales.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to surpassing targets and promoting business growth.
  • Proficient in time management, task prioritization, and maintaining organization to meet deadlines and achieve sales objectives.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce) and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • This position requires a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
  • This is a field-based role, requiring flexibility for evening or weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bilingual in Spanish.
  • Experience in the healthcare industry and marketing.

Compensation Range:

The salary range provided reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment. The actual pay may vary based on geographic location and individual qualifications, including skills, experience, and education.
