- Lead, inspire, and train the Customer Engagement Representatives to surpass team objectives.
- Collaborate closely with management to meet sales targets.
- Facilitate communication and alignment across various departments.
- Develop sales and marketing strategies by analyzing financial projections.

- 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service and sales-focused role.
- A minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership position.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and circumstances.
- Demonstrated success in sales.
- Ability to motivate and lead teams towards achieving company objectives.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Quick and sound decision-making skills.
- Presentation and public speaking skills are advantageous.
- Ability to build trust and show empathy.
- Thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
