Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, inspire, and train the Customer Engagement Representatives to surpass team objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with management to meet sales targets.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment across various departments.
  • Develop sales and marketing strategies by analyzing financial projections.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and refine sales processes accordingly.
  • Mentor the Customer Engagement team to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide weekly coaching based on performance analytics.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via multiple channels promptly.
  • Assist in scheduling service appointments and coordinating technician dispatch.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update databases as necessary.
  • Handle billing inquiries and manage payment processing.
  • Coordinate with field technicians to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Convert customers into loyal members.
Qualifications:
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service and sales-focused role.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience with Service Titan is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ability to adapt to evolving responsibilities and circumstances.
