Required Qualifications:

+ Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse stakeholders, including seniors and caregivers.
+ Strong consultative selling abilities, with a proven capacity to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions.
+ Self-driven and results-oriented, with a commitment to surpassing targets and promoting business growth.
+ Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and remain organized to meet objectives.
+ Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, team-focused environment.
+ Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office applications.
+ This role requires a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance.
Preferred Qualifications:
