Job Summary:

Kemper, a leading specialized insurer, is seeking a highly skilled Automotive Claims Examiner to join our team. As a key member of our claims department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and fairness of auto damage claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough reviews of incoming auto damage demands to ensure they align with industry standards and company guidelines.
  • Examine third-party vehicle damage, total loss claims, and rental reimbursement demands to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of claims procedures and guidelines to deliver high-quality work and make informed settlement recommendations.
  • Meet productivity and quality standards by completing demand reviews in a timely manner.
  • Requirements include 1-2 years of automotive experience, an undergraduate degree, and proficiency in computer skills.
  • Must have excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • This is a hybrid role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
