  • Defend clients against compensation claims, including a thorough understanding of policy language and related legal implications.

  • Manage a diverse caseload from start to finish, including conducting investigations and preparing for trial.
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure adherence to critical deadlines through exceptional organizational skills.
  • Analyze case facts, identify legal issues, and formulate strategic case plans.
  • Examine medical records, legal documents, and evidence with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Present arguments, cross-examine witnesses, and negotiate settlements with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor and appropriate Bar License required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compensation defense litigation.
  • In-depth understanding of compensation laws and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software.
