Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned insurance professional adept at investigating and adjusting both first-party and third-party automobile claims. This role offers a dynamic and stimulating environment conducive to career advancement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing claims, determining liability, confirming coverage, establishing damages, and negotiating settlements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather statements from insured parties, claimants, and witnesses.
- Collect and analyze evidence, police reports, and conduct scene investigations.
- Examine losses and identify any coverage issues.
- Engage in settlement negotiations with claimants.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in handling auto liability claims.
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
- Familiarity with auto coverage for non-standard claims is advantageous.
- Experience with auto claims across various states is a plus.
- Knowledge of Guidewire is beneficial.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an asset.
- This position operates in a hybrid model.
