Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize your expertise to assess and analyze submitted claims, particularly complex ones, to identify potential revenue opportunities for clients.
- Gather additional information from clients, evaluate the provided details, and determine if further clarification is needed to maximize claim payments.
- Employ proprietary software to accurately and efficiently review, validate, and process warranty claims.
- Conduct comprehensive analyses of warranty claims, including labor operations, warranty terms, and customer information, ensuring technicians are compensated appropriately.
- Engage with clients and relevant stakeholders to collect necessary information and resolve warranty claim discrepancies.
- Document all warranty claim activities, including approvals, denials, and resolutions, ensuring adherence to company and OEM policies.
- Ensure accuracy and implement corrections to warranty claims as needed.
- Maintain a schedule of customer warranty receivables, ensuring reconciliation with the OEM and communicating adjustments to relevant parties.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, technical support, product development, and others, to identify warranty claim trends and enhance processes.
- Provide prompt and professional responses to client inquiries regarding the status, eligibility, and resolution of warranty claims.
- Stay informed about product knowledge, OEM warranty policies, and industry regulations to offer accurate support to clients and internal teams.
- Maintain necessary training and certifications.
- Assist in creating and implementing training materials and documentation for warranty claim processing procedures.
- Contribute to the success of the warranty administration team by participating in meetings, sharing best practices, and supporting colleagues as needed.
- Perform additional relevant duties as assigned.
We provide commission payments of $500 for introducing new automotive dealership accounts that remain customers for at least 90 days. Additionally, a commission of $1,500 is available for introducing new Claims Processing Specialists who remain with WarrCloud for at least 90 days.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive warranty administration, ideally within high-volume dealerships or warranty processing firms.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical abilities, with the capacity to interpret complex warranty terms and conditions.
- Proficient technical skills and familiarity with Google Workspace, Jira, and proprietary software, with a willingness to learn new technologies quickly.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently from home while effectively collaborating in a remote team setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection is required.
