POSITION OVERVIEW
  • Provide visionary leadership and direct the development of the Fine Arts curriculum for grades K-12 within the educational community.
  • Propel organizational effectiveness by establishing objectives and crafting impactful strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Direct the Curriculum Development Management for aligned subject areas.
  • Supervise the execution of Fine Arts programs across educational campuses.
  • Organize collaborative sessions to foster innovation in curriculum development.
  • Oversee and enhance the performance of Curriculum Writers.
  • Develop a comprehensive Curriculum Scope and Sequence to ensure effective teaching practices.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; a master's degree is preferred.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

A minimum of three years of leadership experience is required.
