Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement Membership Strategies: Assist in creating and implementing key strategies to increase member visitation, strengthen renewal rates, and develop fresh ways to grow member households.
- Manage Membership Renewals and Acquisitions: Manage in-house renewal efforts, e-acquisition campaigns, select communications, and event reminders specific to members.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Membership Manager, Member Experience Manager, CRM Team, and Marketing Department to align with the Museum's growing CRM initiatives.
- Provide Administrative and Project Support: Assist with related reporting and data management tasks, and provide administrative and project support for the Membership Department.
- Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
- Direct Marketing Experience: Prior experience in direct marketing, membership, or subscription sales.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in customer relationship management software (CRM), email platforms, web content platforms, and Google Analytics.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to create and maintain effective and cooperative work relationships.
