Senior Vendor Account Manager, Digital Media

Midwest Tape is seeking a highly skilled Senior Vendor Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for managing key digital publishing partnerships and driving the growth of our content catalog.
Key Responsibilities:- Initiate, negotiate, and manage ongoing positive relationships with digital vendors
- Develop and present business insights for key account relationships to increase sales, margin, and catalog size
- Collaborate with publishing and entertainment professionals to identify new content opportunities and negotiate contracts
- Take a leadership role in vendor onboarding, contract renewals, and ongoing relationship management
- Seek out new vendors to fulfill strategic content gaps in our catalog
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date details in our systems and tools
- Work collaboratively with Analytics to measure and increase vendor value based on strategic KPIs
- Collaborate with Marketing to create and execute strategies to drive sales and increase hoopla value to vendors, libraries, and hoopla
- 5+ years of experience in publishing or digital media
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Ability to think quickly and present hoopla in a highly professional manner
- Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau a plus
