Senior Vendor Account Manager

The Senior Vendor Account Manager plays a crucial role in the growth and evolution of hoopla Digital's content catalog. This position is responsible for managing key digital publishing partnerships, initiating and negotiating contracts, and maintaining ongoing relationships with digital vendors. The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with publishing and entertainment professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and present business insights to key account relationships to increase sales, margin, and catalog size
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate vendor onboarding and support ongoing relationships
Identify new content opportunities and seek out new vendors to fulfill strategic content gaps in the hoopla catalog
Maintain accurate and up-to-date details in systems and tools designed to manage the business
Work collaboratively with Analytics to measure and increase vendor value based on strategic KPIs
Requirements
Curiosity and passion around media, publishing, and consumer/library patron engagement and general entertainment industry trends
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in person and virtually
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
