About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our CTV team in New York. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating and overseeing all digital business operations for our CTV offering. You will collaborate with our sales teams across various offices and serve as a key liaison for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a working knowledge of all digital assets and systems used to facilitate CTV business.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing relationships.
  • Ensure the needs of the client are met in a timely manner.
  • Plan and help manage digital campaigns for clients to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Act as an extension of the sales team by assisting with product pricing, sales development, sales material creation, marketing communications, and deliverables.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that influence short-term and long-term digital media strategy for our advertisers.
  • Participate in media/campaign strategy meetings and brainstorming sessions as requested.
  • Collaborate with sales on strategy for advertiser retention.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with leadership to discuss the current state of business.
Requirements
  • 4 years of college degree
  • 3+ years of media or digital experience
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with accuracy
  • Organized and strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a willingness to take ownership of key initiatives
  • Effective, professional communication skills
