Job Title: Digital Media Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Manager to lead our digital media strategy and execution. The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital media strategies to effectively reach target audiences and achieve business objectives for both DTC and retail channels.
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data insights, and provide actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, e-commerce, and product development to align paid media initiatives with overall marketing objectives and brand messaging.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital advertising to continuously innovate and enhance campaign performance.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the digital media landscape.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure effective execution and delivery of paid media campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience (7 years) in digital media planning, buying, and optimization, preferably in a retail or e-commerce environment managing monthly budgets of over $100k.
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms to track campaign performance and extract actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- 2-4 years of experience directly managing others.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with retail industry trends, consumer behavior, and digital marketing best practices.
