Overview

At Orkin, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Professional to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for analyzing markets and making strategic recommendations to new and existing businesses to help prevent pests and meet regulatory standards.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify pest control needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their pest control needs are met and exceeded.
  • Utilize marketing tools and strategies to drive new business development and achieve sales goals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and recommendations to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Outside sales experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company-paid).
  • Ability to work independently and interact with clients in a professional manner.
  • Ability to safely use a ladder and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed.
