Territory Sales Manager

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Account Manager to join our team. As a Territory Account Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure 100% satisfaction with our services
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
- Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
- 10+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
- Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
- Ability to manage strategic and national accounts
- Competitive pay: base salary plus uncapped commission
- Commission guarantee period while building book of business
