Sales Professional

This role will involve learning our process for servicing existing clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals. You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, and will have the opportunity to move into the Agency Director role as you master the skills needed to succeed in this position.
The salary for this role is $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our existing client base.
- Researching new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
- Supervising the activity and results of your team.
- Training and developing new team members on our systems and processes.
- Reporting daily on your field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
- Recruiting, training, and developing your team to achieve sales goals.
Requirements for this role include:

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- The desire to be active in the community.
- Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).
Licensing requirements for this role include:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
This is a sales representative role, and you must be a resident of Kalamazoo, MI to be considered.
