VIRELLA is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Sales Agent. With over 120 years of experience in the industry, we are a leader in our field and are looking for someone who shares our passion and purpose.

This role will involve learning our process for servicing existing clients, developing relationships with new clients, and leading a small team to achieve sales goals. You will become an expert in training and developing your team members, and will have the opportunity to move into the Agency Director role as you master the skills needed to succeed in this position.

The salary for this role is $70,000-$85,000 per year, paid weekly. You will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our existing client base.
  • Researching new business opportunities and developing relationships with potential clients.
  • Supervising the activity and results of your team.
  • Training and developing new team members on our systems and processes.
  • Reporting daily on your field activity using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Recruiting, training, and developing your team to achieve sales goals.

  • Knowledge of CRMs (Salesforce preferred).


Licensing requirements for this role include:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and your own transportation.
  • 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.


This is a sales representative role, and you must be a resident of Kalamazoo, MI to be considered.
