Job Title: Commercial Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Account Manager to join our team at Rockstar Mechanics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with government agencies, large corporations, and small businesses to promote and sell commercial vehicles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our customer base and increase sales revenue.
  • Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and develop targeted sales approaches.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product offerings.
  • Provide excellent post-sales support, addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM software.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in commercial vehicle sales, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Demonstrated success in government fleet sales.
  • Experience with Isuzu, Mercedes Sprinter Vans, Ford, or GM products is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the commercial vehicle market and client needs.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
