Job Title: Field Sales Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to lead our Sales Team and drive business growth. As a key member of our Sales team, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations of your assigned Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of B2B field sales experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
  • 2+ years of sales management experience.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
