Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our Client Care Department, you will serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive outcome at each visit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
  • Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
  • Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or veterinary setting
  • Handle a multi-line phone system
  • A deep, genuine care for helping people
  • Naturally empathetic and articulate communication
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort working with computer software
