We are excited to announce that ACCESS South Bay is seeking Client Care Coordinators to join our team of professionals in the veterinary and healthcare industry.

*Background in the veterinary or healthcare field is a must*

Come be a part of ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospitals in South Bay, a leading veterinary multi-specialty referral group in Southern California.

We specialize in emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, and surgery.

Our Client Care Department encompasses reception, specialty department coordinators, and doctor's assistants. Each role acts as a vital link between our medical team and clients, embodying the values of ACCESS.

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Effectively address client inquiries and concerns
  • Build trust and foster relationships with clients
  • Collaborate with medical teams for successful outcomes
  • Have a minimum of 2 years experience in customer service
  • Demonstrate empathy and strong communication skills
  • Exhibit professionalism and problem-solving abilities
  • Work comfortably with computer software
