Senior Sales Executive, Employee Benefits

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of Advisors to meet their sales objectives by: Establishing clear targets and mutual expectations from the outset Conducting regular coaching sessions one-on-one Facilitating effective sales team meetings to reinforce desired behaviors.
Foster an accountable environment that includes ongoing feedback and exemplify the Azimuth to cultivate a team culture that is positive, motivating, and performance-oriented.
Develop a premier training and development atmosphere focused on mastering our sales model and ensuring Advisors apply it consistently.
Collaborate with fellow leaders and our Learning & Development team to continuously refine our Advisor training program and other strategic training initiatives.
Ensure accountability and value around CRM documentation and usage. Act as a liaison between sales and service to uphold alignment and a positive client experience.Provide expertise on BRP systems, resources, and general processes (including technology, practice groups/COE, compensation, compliance, etc.)
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a service-oriented industry and in a leadership role 5+ years of experience in sales management 10+ years of experience in direct or outside sales, C2C/B2C preferred Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators Ability to address practical problems and navigate a variety of concrete variables in situations with limited standardization Experience with Agency Management Systems and/or other CRM-related software.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office products and mobile device platforms, along with intermediate Excel skills.Working Conditions:
Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
