Key Responsibilities:
1. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through value-based selling techniques.
2. Collaborate with various internal resources to tailor solutions for specific sales scenarios.
3. Develop compelling business cases for new product offerings and contribute to overall company strategy.
4. Represent the company professionally during presentations to purchasing teams, engineers, and management at key accounts.
5. Manage and nurture key accounts to achieve sales targets and objectives.
6. Coordinate with representatives in the territory to ensure success at designated accounts, leveraging channel partners as necessary.
7. Provide exceptional customer support by addressing technical and commercial inquiries.
8. Gather market intelligence to inform product development and competitive positioning.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor sales.

- Strong understanding of circuit design and semiconductor engineering terminology.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive, collaborative, and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.

Preferred Qualifications:
- An MBA degree.
- Over 15 years of experience in semiconductor sales.
- A keen interest in learning about new technologies and a self-starter attitude.
