Job Overview

T-Mobile is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Account Executive. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new business customers, identifying business needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Customer Needs: Utilize solution-based selling techniques to fully demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services to customers.
  • Sales and Account Management: Manage a portfolio of active lines, identifying business needs and matching them to the T-Mobile for Business product portfolio. Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Contract and Sales Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and sales agreements with customers to ensure successful sales outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED (Required), Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 4-7 years of acquisition sales experience and a demonstrated history of achievements in a commissioned environment. 2-4 years of technology or wireless sales experience to Fortune 1000 companies in the region.
  • Skills and Abilities: Sales, Account Management, Communication, Building Relationships, Negotiation

Travel Requirements: Travel is required for this role, with frequent visits to customer sites and potential overnight stays.

Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $97,000 - $132,120 per year, depending on location and experience
