  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and timely pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring effective reporting and management of customer/client data.
  • Training and Development: Actively participate in training sessions to maintain a high level of working knowledge about Meriplex Communications' products, services, and solutions.
  • Sales Process: Learn and practice the Meriplex Communications sales process for new logo acquisition, building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities.
  • Team Success: Set the team up for success by properly handing off new logo customers to an Account Manager.
  • Marketing Plan: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute a targeted marketing plan, utilizing email, webinars, events, and other channels to engage with prospective clients.
Requirements
  • Resilience and Drive: Demonstrate resilience and drive to meet and exceed sales goals through strategic planning, stellar relationship management, and superior execution skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Possess strong interpersonal, oral, visual, written communication, and relationship management skills.

  • Sales Experience: Possess 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a strong background in selling to IT/Finance/Operation executives.
  • Product Knowledge: Have a deep understanding of various IT sales and business solutions, including Intelligent Networks (WAN), Managed Security Services, Managed Services, Unified Communications as a Service, Hardware, Cloud, and Disaster Recovery Services.
  • CRM Skills: Possess intermediate or advanced CRM skills, with experience using tools such as Salesforce.
Benefits and Compensation

Meriplex Communications offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, disability, group term life insurance, 401K, PTO, holiday pay, and referral bonuses. The current pay range for this role is $75,000-$95,000 annually, plus commission.

Physical Demands

This role requires sedentary work, with occasional lifting of up to 10 pounds. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
